Dalco has been entrusted by the Investor to carry out the finishing works for the  2-storey family house with an area of 100m2 in Hoa Hai ward, Ngu Hanh Son district, Da Nang city.

Work items performed by Dalco include:
- Supply and install floor tiles and wall tiles (floor surfaces and toilets, front yard walls).
- Supply and tiling tiles for floors and garden.
- Supply and install sanitary equipment.
- Install electrical and lighting systems (Aptomat, sockets, switches, light bulbs, exhaust fans for toilets).
- Install plaster ceilings in spaces and moisture-proof gypsum ceilings for toilets.
- Producing and installing stair railings.
- Supplying and paving the stone for perron and wooden stairs.
- Wood flooring on the 2nd floor.
- Decorative finishing of the facade: Paint the facade of the main areas, decorative iron bars, facade ceiling
- Interior paint.
